Integrating nature into the heart of the building. It was with this biophilic design approach in mind that the architects conceived the redevelopment of the ground floor of the Carrefour de la Coopération in Granby. The goal was to add a digital banking area to the space and make it more welcoming, functional, and user-friendly.

At the heart of the space, a central atrium with windows lets in plenty of light and offers superb views of the reception area from the upper floors. The ground floor is now more open, and traffic flows more smoothly.

Two counter areas inspired by the famous Genius Bars have been set up to offer users a personalized and relaxed experience. Forty glass-walled offices, state-of-the-art conference rooms, and Mute Boxes have been designed to provide staff with spaces that are pleasant to work in.

The use of light wood gives the space a warm atmosphere, while concrete textures and shades of gray evoke mineral tones. Natural hues are juxtaposed with contrasts of black and white for a bold, modern look.
