In the heart of an 80s condo, Éclat Retrouvé reconciles memory and modernity. The intervention was carried out with delicacy, preserving the spirit of the place while infusing it with new clarity and coherence.

The original fireplace, preserved and highlighted, becomes the warm anchor of the room. A retro-coloured rug whispers a nod to years gone by.

The kitchen, sober and mineral in charcoal gray, is enhanced with a golden glow, a discreet punctuation of elegance.

The large glass roof lets in light like a living, structuring presence.

The whole creates a soft, contemporary atmosphere, faithful to the essence of the place, but resolutely turned towards tomorrow.

The glass walls redefine the spaces without partitioning them.

This typical 1990s kitchen, partitioned and lacking in light, was separated from the dining room. The compartmentalized space limited circulation and natural light. By removing the partition that closed off the kitchen from the living area, light from the skylight began to flow freely throughout the space. The old fireplace in the living room, a reminder of the house's original character, has been preserved and subtly integrated into the new decor, creating a balance between memory and modernity.
