La Belle Malaga harmoniously combines the authenticity of traditional architecture with the simplicity of modernist style. Nestled in the heart of the Eastern Townships, this haven offers opportunities for relaxation and endless possibilities for the sports and outdoor enthusiasts who live there.

From the street, the chalet is discreet, but gradually reveals itself as it unfolds towards the lake. The living spaces offer breathtaking views of the tranquil waters.

Integrated in key locations, the full-height windows allow an abundance of light to filter into the chalet and are a call to the surrounding nature.

The three-level project respectfully follows the existing slope of the land. All around, the natural beauty of the surrounding environment is displayed in all its splendor. Particular attention has been paid to the preservation of existing trees.

On the lake side, a terrace with a spa, fire pit, hanging chairs and panoramic views invites relaxation.

Hidden from prying eyes, thanks to the strategic positioning of its living areas and side windows, the chalet promises unforgettable moments of tranquility with family and friends.
