Nestled on the edge of the lake, Versant clair du lac combines discretion and brilliance in an architectural composition that is both gentle and assertive. On the street side, it is delicate: a simple volume, topped with a white gable roof, is clad in almost white wood siding that subtly captures the light. The slightly recessed and protected entrance, as well as the integrated garage highlighted by an angular roof overhang, contribute to this discreet, almost silent façade.

At the rear, the house opens fully onto the landscape: a spectacular glass façade brings the lake into the living space.

A soberly designed concrete access path runs alongside the house and leads directly to the water, extending the living experience to the shore. The house is a celebration of light, calm, and the intimate relationship between architecture and nature.

On the lakeside, a lounge balcony extends lightly, a true extension of the outdoor living space. Protected by finely perforated sunshades, it offers both privacy and openness: views are filtered, light passes through. These screens, cleverly positioned, preserve the tranquility of the place while allowing the landscape to be glimpsed in fragments.

From the air, the house fits perfectly into the landscape: below, the lake stretches peacefully, bordered by gentle hills that close off the horizon. The light volume of the house captures the light, and the unique angle of the garage roof stands out clearly, affirming the identity of the project. At the front, a parking area paved with openwork paving stones demonstrates attention to the environment: rainwater percolates naturally, without breaking the ground. The whole project blends in with restraint and elegance, both anchored and open to the surrounding area.
